We got there at about 3:53 PM and of course our room was not ready they said they would give us a call and it would only take about 15 mins well 45 mins later and no call we went back saying we never received a call as usual not once have I ever received a call when they say will. I have stayed there many times before and only once in a while have had a problem. We stayed at the Willows May 23 thru 24 2021.
